As a Security Transformation Practitioner, you will design, develop, and implement robust security solutions to protect digital assets and business operations. This crucial role involves integrating security controls seamlessly into enterprise systems, applications, and processes to defend against sophisticated cyber threats, unauthorized access, and data breaches.
You will collaborate with diverse teams to ensure security measures align with organizational objectives and regulatory mandates, continuously adapting to the dynamic security landscape to maintain comprehensive protection.
This role requires independent performance and developing subject matter expertise. Active participation and contribution in team discussions are expected.
You will contribute to providing effective solutions for work-related challenges. Collaborating with cross-functional teams is key to aligning security strategies with business goals. Continuous monitoring and assessment of security implementations will identify areas for enhancement.
Documenting security processes and solutions will support knowledge sharing and compliance efforts. You will also assist junior team members by providing guidance and support on security-related tasks.
A strong proficiency in Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE) is essential. Experience with network access control and policy enforcement using Cisco ISE is required.
Familiarity with integrating security controls within enterprise environments to mitigate risks is important. Knowledge of authentication, authorization, and accounting protocols within network security is also necessary.
This role demands the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to identity and access management systems. A solid understanding of security frameworks and best practices relevant to enterprise security is expected. A minimum of 2 years of experience with Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE) is mandatory.
