Join EY's Information Security team as a Protection Technology Operations Technician, playing a vital role in safeguarding data and information systems. This global team collaborates to protect EY and client information assets, enabling secure operations and swift response to security events.

Within Information Security, you'll contribute to a blend of risk strategy, digital identity, cyber defense, and technology solutions across the entire security lifecycle. You will be part of a dedicated team focused on delivering innovative, secure solutions that provide business value and speed to market.

Provide comprehensive technical support for Information Security technologies, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to service level agreements. Effectively balance the firm's security requirements with business impact and benefits. Manage escalations efficiently, particularly in time-sensitive situations requiring service restoration with information security implications.

Design, plan, and coordinate planned maintenance activities. Drive standardization and automation of processes and procedures for Information Security technologies. Represent the team in project activities, managing both project support and business-as-usual work. Clearly articulate technical issues across all levels of the technology stack to leadership.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience, is required. Approximately 5-7 years of experience in security is essential, with proven knowledge of Purview - Data Loss Prevention (DLP), eDiscovery, and Microsoft Information Protection (MIP). You should possess the ability to train and coach staff in technical processes and practices.

Several years of experience working within a large global virtual environment is necessary. Strong written and verbal English language skills are a must. Experience with Insider Risk Management (IRM), Communications Compliance, and DSPM for AI is also valuable.
