Join our dynamic team as a Security Specialist, focusing on advanced security operations and infrastructure enhancement. This role is crucial for maintaining and improving NTT Data's security posture across ZIA, ZPA, and ZDX environments. You will be instrumental in identifying risks, proposing strategic improvements, and responding to security incidents.

This position offers the opportunity to work as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) within a 24x7 operations team, requiring participation in shift rotations and on-call support. We are looking for proactive individuals who can contribute to a culture of continuous service improvement and stay ahead of emerging threats.

As a key member of our incident, work order, and change handling team, your accountabilities will include:

- Serving as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Zscaler Support in ZIA, ZPA, and ZDX operations. - Assessing and orchestrating the current and future security posture of NTT Data's security infrastructure, recommending enhancements and risk mitigation strategies. - Identifying process improvements and opportunities for new procedures to reduce risk. - Supporting security incident response as a first-line responder to detected incidents. - Performing security research, analysis, vulnerability assessments, and penetration tests. - Providing support for security audits and investigations. - Monitoring security systems for vulnerabilities and responding to potential threats. - Supporting the Vulnerability Management Program. - Participating in 24x7 operations through shift work and on-call support, including weekends and after-hours as needed.

We are seeking candidates with 4 to 8+ years of experience in Information Security. Essential qualifications include strong proficiency with ServiceNow ticketing, dashboards, and integrations. Expertise in Zscaler ZIA, ZPA, ZDX, and a robust understanding of Vulnerability Management Programs, particularly with Qualys, are required.

Experience with multiple network operating systems such as Cisco iOS, Juniper ScreenOS/Junos, Fortinet FortiOS, CheckPoint GAiA, or Palo Alto Networks PAN-OS is necessary. You should also possess strong oral, written, and presentation skills, along with experience in M365 Copilot and Unix/Linux system administration.

Familiarity with logging and alerting platforms, including SIEM integration, is crucial. A current understanding of industry trends and emerging threats, coupled with working knowledge of incident response methodologies and technologies, is expected. Desirable attributes include Zscaler certifications, experience with Crowdstrike EDR, and professional IT accreditations like CISM, CISSP, or CompTIA Security.
