As a Security Specialist, you will lead the incident response process, including triage, analysis, and containment of security alerts. You will act as an incident coordinator, managing security tools and ensuring prompt responses to customer queries.

Key duties involve managing incident handling across diverse platforms, developing efficient processes, and conducting in-depth forensic investigations. You will also proactively hunt for threats by analyzing log data and network telemetry within a SIEM. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and participation in on-call rotations are integral to this role.

To excel in this role, you should possess at least 5 years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity, incident response, digital forensics, or threat hunting. A strong background in network, host, and application security, coupled with proficiency in SOC workflows and threat intelligence, is essential.

Familiarity with Windows, Linux, and Unix operating systems, as well as enterprise technologies like Active Directory, is required. Experience with various security monitoring tools and exceptional analytical skills are a must. Excellent written and oral communication skills in English are also expected. Willingness to work non-standard hours is necessary.
