As a Security Program Manager for Infrastructure Physical Security, you will oversee physical security standards and programs aligned with Global Physical Security Team objectives, enabling self-service for local site managers.

Key responsibilities include: - Leading large-scale physical security design and system installation for new data centers, expansions, and special projects. - Managing the full lifecycle of multi-million dollar security projects, including bid packages, specifications, drawings, code compliance, vendor management, budget control, change orders, and close-out documentation. - Staying informed on emerging physical security technologies to assess their applicability within the AWS program. - Providing Subject Matter Expert (SME) support for strategic technology and procedure decisions. - Ensuring effective task prioritization and seamless cross-organizational operations. - Coordinating preventative maintenance and repairs for security system equipment. - Guaranteeing compliance with physical security project standards, scopes of work, budgets, and timelines. - Designing and implementing solutions for system installations, upgrades, repairs, and change management. - Supporting security system commissioning, final testing, acceptance, and project hand-off. - Developing and deploying training programs for physical security system users.

We are seeking candidates with a minimum of 5 years of experience leading complex programs and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Communications Engineering. Essential experience includes working with security equipment such as intrusion detection devices and access control systems, proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, and the MS Office Suite.

Candidates should possess at least 10 years of experience managing Physical Security System Deployment Projects. Preferred qualifications include over 5 years of vendor management experience, a proven track record in end-to-end delivery with senior leadership communication, and relevant certifications such as PMP, Prince2, PgMP, SAFe, or SCRUM/Agile.
