Spearhead the design and installation of physical security systems for new and existing data centers. Manage the full lifecycle of multi-million-dollar security projects, including procurement, budgeting, and vendor relations. Innovate by applying knowledge of emerging physical security technologies to enhance our program.

Provide expert guidance to leadership on technology and procedural decisions. Ensure operational excellence by prioritizing tasks and collaborating effectively across teams. Oversee maintenance and repairs for security system equipment, ensuring compliance with all established standards, project scopes, and timelines. Develop and implement solutions for system upgrades and changes, supporting quality control through commissioning and testing.

A Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Communications Engineering or a related field is required, alongside a minimum of 5 years in program or project management and 10 years of experience in physical security. Candidates should possess at least 5 years of experience leading large, complex programs and a proven track record in construction or project management.

We are looking for individuals with a strong understanding of physical security systems, including Access Control, Intrusion Detection, and CCTV Surveillance. The ability to manage large-scale projects, including financial oversight, vendor management, and compliance assurance, is essential. Experience in developing program strategies, driving execution, and influencing stakeholders at various organizational levels is highly valued. Industry-relevant certifications such as PMP are a plus.
