Join our dynamic team as a Frontline Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) and play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and security of our production platforms. This position is essential for first-line incident response, alert monitoring, and operational tasks across multi-cloud environments. You'll collaborate closely with platform engineering, cloud operations, and security teams, including the SOC, to guarantee uninterrupted business operations.

As a Frontline SRE, you will be the primary responder for production incidents, alerts, and service interruptions, performing initial triage and resolution. You will act as a Production Incident Manager during critical incidents, coordinating efforts and communicating with stakeholders to ensure SLA adherence. Key responsibilities also include monitoring infrastructure and applications using tools like GCP Monitoring and Datadog, contributing to alert tuning, and enhancing dashboards and monitoring pipelines. You will provide frontline operational support for GCP and AWS environments, assist with deployments, and perform daily platform administration tasks.

We are looking for a candidate with strong cloud operational knowledge, preferably with GCP expertise, and hands-on experience with monitoring and observability tools. Familiarity with SIEM/SOAR workflows and the ability to troubleshoot distributed systems are essential. Experience in Python for automation, basic understanding of Terraform/Ansible, and Git-based workflows are required. You will also support operational workflows involving SIEM and SOAR platforms, and collaborate with security teams. The role requires experience in incident response and adherence to ITSM processes.
