Analyze logs, traffic, and alerts from various security devices for monitoring purposes. Respond promptly to customer requests, such as improving detection capabilities and system tuning. Conduct research on new and evolving threats to enhance defensive strategies. Identify and implement process improvements within the security operations framework. Work effectively within a rotational shift schedule as part of a 24x7 analysis team.

Proven experience in Security Operations Center (SOC) operations with a track record of customer-facing responsibilities. Demonstrate a deep understanding of core cybersecurity principles, security devices, network defense concepts, and the current threat landscape. Possess hands-on experience with SIEM and threat hunting tools. Familiarity with any SOAR platform is an advantage. Basic knowledge of scripting languages and EDR products is desirable.
