Join our analysis team as a Security Managed Services Senior Analyst, contributing to a 24x7 rotational shift environment. This role involves in-depth security monitoring, analyzing logs, traffic, and alerts from diverse device technologies. You'll be instrumental in responding to customer requests, enhancing detection capabilities through research on emerging threats, and identifying process improvements.

Perform comprehensive security monitoring, analyzing logs, traffic, and alerts from various security devices. Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding detection capabilities and system tuning. Conduct research on new threats and provide actionable recommendations to bolster our detection strategies. Continuously learn about evolving vulnerabilities, attack vectors, and effective countermeasures. Identify and implement opportunities for process optimization within the security operations center. Execute response activities on Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) systems as per client specifications.

A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in SOC operations with a proven track record in customer-facing roles. Possess a deep understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals, security devices, network defense concepts, and the current threat landscape. Demonstrate hands-on experience with SIEM, SOAR, and threat hunting tools. Familiarity with scripting languages and EDR products is advantageous. Possession of certifications such as GCIA, GCFA, or CISSP is preferred. A bachelor's or master's degree, in addition to 15 years of full-time education, is required. Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are essential. Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with the capacity to articulate information clearly at all organizational levels.
