Join an analysis team dedicated to 24x7 security operations, working in rotational shifts. This role involves performing comprehensive security monitoring by analyzing logs, traffic, and alerts from diverse device technologies.

You will be responsible for timely responses to customer requests, including enhancing detection capabilities and tuning systems. A key aspect of this position is researching emerging threats and providing actionable recommendations to strengthen our defenses.

Perform security monitoring through in-depth analysis of logs, traffic, and alerts from various security devices.

Respond promptly and effectively to customer requests, focusing on detection capabilities and system tuning.

Conduct research on new and evolving threats to develop and recommend enhanced detection strategies.

Continuously learn about new vulnerabilities, attack vectors, and effective countermeasures.

Proactively identify opportunities to improve existing processes and workflows within the security operations center.

A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in Security Operations Center (SOC) operations, with a proven track record of customer-facing responsibilities.

Possess a deep understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals, various security devices, network defense principles, and the current threat landscape.

Demonstrate hands-on experience with SIEM platforms and threat hunting tools.

Strong customer service and interpersonal skills are essential, alongside excellent problem-solving abilities.

Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, at all organizational levels. Adaptability to change is crucial for success in this role.
