Engage in continuous security monitoring, meticulously analyzing logs, network traffic, and alerts from diverse device technologies. Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding detection capabilities and system tuning. Proactively research emerging threats and formulate recommendations to enhance our defensive strategies. Continuously expand knowledge of vulnerabilities, attack vectors, and countermeasures. Identify and implement opportunities for process optimization within the team.

Demonstrate experience in SOC operations with a proven track record of customer interaction. Possess a deep understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals, security devices, network defense principles, and the current threat landscape. Gain hands-on expertise with SIEM and threat hunting tools. Experience with SOAR platforms is a significant advantage. Familiarity with scripting languages and EDR products is desirable. Certifications like GCIA, GCFA, or CISSP are preferred.
