Join our team to develop and maintain a cutting-edge centralized Observability platform, powered by Kubernetes on AWS. This role is pivotal in ensuring platform reliability through automation, GitOps, and self-service capabilities. Design, implement, and manage our centralized Observability platform using Terraform, Kubernetes, and AWS. Maintain and enhance CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure provisioning and platform delivery. Optimize logging, metrics, and tracing pipelines for scalability and efficiency. Implement robust security, governance, and access control policies. Develop self-service tools for teams to configure dashboards and alerts easily. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed observability best practices. Provide technical guidance and training on observability and monitoring solutions. Continuously improve platform performance, reliability, and the overall observability culture.

A strong foundation in Kubernetes (EKS preferred) and container orchestration is essential. Demonstrated experience with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform or Helm. Hands-on familiarity with observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, or OpenTelemetry. Proficiency in CI/CD automation using GitLab, GitHub Actions, or similar. Experience working within cloud environments, particularly AWS. Solid understanding of cloud networking, security, and access control. Proficiency in scripting and automation, with Go being a key language. A proactive problem-solving approach focused on operational excellence. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are vital for working effectively across teams.
