Join a dynamic analysis team operating 24x7 on a rotational shift basis. You will be instrumental in performing security monitoring by meticulously analyzing logs, traffic, and alerts from a wide array of device technologies.

This role involves timely responses to critical customer requests, including the enhancement of detection capabilities and system tuning. A strong curiosity for continuous learning regarding new threats, vulnerabilities, attacks, and countermeasures is essential. You will also identify and implement process improvements to optimize our security operations.

Furthermore, you will engage in response activities utilizing EDR solutions, tailored to meet specific client requirements, ensuring robust protection against evolving cyber threats.

Perform comprehensive security monitoring through the analysis of logs, traffic, and alerts from diverse device technologies.

Respond promptly to customer inquiries, focusing on improving detection capabilities and system tuning.

Conduct research into emerging threats and provide actionable recommendations to enhance detection strategies.

Drive continuous learning initiatives related to vulnerabilities, attack vectors, and effective countermeasures.

Execute response activities using EDR tools according to client-specific mandates.

A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in SOC operations, ideally with a background in customer-facing roles.

A deep understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals, security devices, network defense principles, and the current threat landscape is required.

Proven hands-on experience with SIEM, SOAR, and threat hunting tools is essential.

Familiarity with scripting languages and EDR products is desirable.

Professional certifications such as GCIA, GCFA, or CISSP are a plus.
