This position is based remotely in Karnātaka, India, offering a flexible work environment within a globally recognized company.

Design and implement comprehensive SAP S/4HANA security architecture, including roles, profiles, and authorizations. Manage user roles across various SAP landscapes (ECC, Fiori, GRC, BW, HANA).

Conduct workshops with business process owners to map access requirements and perform periodic user access reviews and compliance audits (SOX, GDPR, etc.). Implement and maintain Fiori catalog, group, and role assignments.

Troubleshoot authorization issues, analyze security logs, and integrate SAP S/4HANA Security with SAP GRC Access Control. Support system migrations, upgrades, and ensure adherence to segregation of duties (SoD) principles. Prepare and maintain essential security documentation.

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is required, along with 5-8 years of SAP Security experience, including at least 2 years specifically in S/4HANA environments.

Essential skills include a strong grasp of SAP authorization concepts (PFCG, SU24, SU53, SUIM), deep experience with SAP S/4HANA Security, Fiori, and HANA database security, and proficiency in SAP GRC Access Control modules. Familiarity with SAML, OAuth, and Single Sign-On (SSO) integrations is also necessary.

Excellent communication and documentation skills are vital for collaborating with auditors and stakeholders. An SAP Certified Technology Associate – SAP System Security and Authorizations certification is preferred, and experience with SAP Cloud Identity Services and SAP BTP Security is considered an advantage.
