- Analyze security misconfigurations across servers, endpoints, and infrastructure. - Drive remediation efforts with infrastructure and application teams. - Evaluate business impact before implementing changes and understand application dependencies. - Document exceptions and risk acceptance with proper justifications. - Support vulnerability management processes and interpret security baselines (NIST, CIS). - Review and fix insecure configurations, policies, and protocols. - Ensure Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) adheres to least privilege. - Present remediation plans in Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings. - Coordinate change implementation using tools like ServiceNow (SNOW). - Provide clear risk communication and remediation timelines to stakeholders.

- Possess 2-5 years of experience in Security Hardening, Configuration Management, or Security Operations. - Experience in enterprise environments with structured change management processes is essential. - Proficiency in performing Windows OS security configuration reviews. - Ability to implement and validate registry-level changes and system hardening controls. - Skill in executing and analyzing Windows commands and scripts for configuration validation. - Capability to identify and validate insecure services, permissions, and system-level misconfigurations. - Knowledge of vulnerability lifecycle is a plus. - Familiarity with ITSM tools, particularly ServiceNow (SNOW), is advantageous.
