This role focuses on designing and developing intelligent agents to automate and enhance privileged access management processes using Generative AI and enterprise automation technologies.

We are seeking a proactive and ownership-driven individual to review best practices, security information, and threat vectors. The ideal candidate will recommend configurations and solutions, leverage risk assessment techniques, and possess strong scripting, Linux/Windows administration, and cloud technology skills.

Take ownership of solution design activities, driving requirement analysis, architecture decisions, and implementation planning. Develop and manage CyberArk's Privileged Account Security Solution, including configuring core components, high availability, and disaster recovery. Lead solution and design reviews, creating repeatable patterns and reference architectures for credential protection. Partner with application teams to define privileged access onboarding strategies and provide technical leadership on PAM design.

Design and develop AI agents for solution assessment, pattern recommendation, documentation generation, and compliance validation. Build workflow automation integrating ServiceNow, CyberArk, Active Directory, and cloud platforms. Develop prompt engineering standards and AI governance controls, measuring AI solution effectiveness through KPIs. Facilitate design workshops, translate business requirements into technical designs, and present recommendations to senior leadership.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field is required. Candidates should possess 5-7+ years of experience in IAM/PAM, with proven CyberArk design and implementation expertise. Strong experience in PowerShell or other automation development, Active Directory, and cloud security is essential. Development and maintenance of privilege account management and security application platforms, particularly related to IAM, is a key requirement.

Proficiency in Windows Server administration, cloud technology configuration, and scripting, including PowerShell Cmdlets, is necessary. Experience implementing AI solutions within regulated enterprise environments is also a must. Familiarity with enterprise architecture, AI solution development, Microsoft Copilot Studio, or Azure AI, and ServiceNow workflow development are preferred qualifications.
