This role leads the implementation and delivery of crucial Security Services projects, effectively leveraging our extensive global delivery capabilities. You will utilize established methods, tools, training, and assets to ensure successful project outcomes. This position requires a proactive approach to project management, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client expectations.

As a Security Delivery Lead, your day-to-day will involve meticulously overseeing the execution of security services projects. You'll be instrumental in coordinating with global teams to maximize the use of our robust resources. The focus is on achieving project milestones while maintaining high standards and addressing any challenges that arise during implementation with effective solutions.

Take ownership of security projects and evolve into a Subject Matter Expert (SME). Actively participate and contribute to team discussions, fostering a collaborative environment. Provide innovative solutions to complex work-related problems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and uphold stringent quality standards. Proactively monitor project progress, implementing necessary corrective actions to mitigate risks and deviations. Mentor and support junior team members, sharing knowledge to foster their professional development. Maintain transparent and consistent communication with all stakeholders regarding project status and key outcomes.

A strong command of ForgeRock Access Management is essential for this role. Deep understanding of identity and access management principles and leading practices is required. Proven experience in configuring and managing access control policies and authentication mechanisms. Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues within access management systems. Familiarity with relevant security protocols and standards for access management. Capability to integrate access management solutions seamlessly within broader security frameworks through collaboration with technical teams.

A minimum of 3 years of dedicated experience with ForgeRock Access Management is mandatory. This position requires a foundational 15 years of full-time education.
