A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience, is required. A minimum of 10 years of dedicated experience in cybersecurity is essential, with a strong emphasis on application security, secure Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) practices, and comprehensive vulnerability management. Experience within cloud-native or hybrid environments is particularly valued.
Proficiency in cloud technologies and software development is a prerequisite for this role. A Master's degree in a relevant technical field such as Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics is considered a preferred qualification.
Familiarity with AI-powered security tools for automated vulnerability detection, exploit generation, and code fix remediation is advantageous. Prior experience in a customer-facing technical capacity, delivering product and solution briefings, collaborating with security leaders and technical teams, and optimizing production results is highly beneficial.
Understanding the evolving impact of AI on both offensive and defensive security strategies, including its application in exploiting binaries and firmware as source code, is important. Familiarity with platforms for deploying and managing security agents or AI models for security applications, especially in code analysis and remediation workflows, will be a key asset.
