Design, implement, and customize Cisco ISE solutions, integrating third-party tools to strengthen security and meet regulatory requirements.

Configure AAA protocols (RADIUS, TACACS+) on Cisco ISE to ensure secure network access and minimize attack surface.

Develop and maintain endpoint profiling policies for device classification and management.

Deploy and manage NAC solutions using Cisco ISE for policy enforcement and compliance monitoring.

Define and manage access control policies, posture assessments, and identity-based access controls.

Collaborate with network, security, and IT teams for seamless integration of Cisco ISE with other security solutions and infrastructure components.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Cisco ISE configurations, authentication, and network access.

Maintain comprehensive documentation and provide training on Cisco ISE configurations and procedures.

Plan and execute upgrades, patches, and maintenance for Cisco ISE deployments, working with Cisco TAC for issue resolution.

Demonstrated experience in core areas including Authentication, Authorization, Accounting, NAC, and troubleshooting.

Strong background in administering, maintaining, and upgrading Cisco ISE solutions.

Deep understanding of network security concepts, AAA protocols, endpoint profiling, posture assessments, BYOD, Guest access, pxGrid, and DNAC integration with ISE.

Experience with other Identity and Access Management technologies is a plus.

Development experience with Java, J2EE, JSP, XPRESS, or XML is preferred.
