Join NTT DATA as a Senior Specialist in Security Center Operations, focusing on Insider Threat Analysis. This role is crucial for safeguarding organizational assets by monitoring, detecting, investigating, and responding to insider threat activities.

This position demands a proactive approach to analyzing user behavior, identifying anomalies, and collaborating with various departments to mitigate risks posed by malicious, negligent, or compromised insiders.

Monitor user activities across diverse enterprise systems and cloud environments to detect suspicious behavior and policy violations. Analyze alerts from SIEM, UEBA, and EDR systems to identify potential insider threats, including data exfiltration and unauthorized access. Conduct thorough investigations of security incidents, including forensic reviews and evidence collection, to determine root causes. Collaborate with IT Operations, HR, Legal, and Security teams to remediate identified risks and support incident response efforts. Develop and refine insider threat detection use cases, rules, and behavioral analytics models to reduce false positives and improve efficiency.

A Bachelor's degree in Cyber Security, Information Security, Computer Science, IT, or a related field, or equivalent work experience, is required. Requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in Security Operations, Insider Threat, Incident Response, or related cybersecurity functions. Proven experience conducting security investigations, analyzing security events, and working with SIEM, UEBA, EDR, or DLP technologies. Familiarity with user activity logs, behavioral analytics, Active Directory, and cloud platforms like Microsoft 365 is essential.
