We are seeking a Senior Specialist for our Security Center Operations team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. This role is crucial for maintaining robust security postures across our enterprise infrastructure.

As a key member of our team, you will be instrumental in managing and coordinating patch management activities, ensuring timely remediation of vulnerabilities while maintaining platform stability and compliance. Your expertise will help reduce security exposure and ensure the successful deployment of critical security updates across diverse environments.

Oversee the complete patch lifecycle for enterprise infrastructure and applications, from initial assessment to validation and reporting. Review security advisories and coordinate the deployment of operating system, application, database, and middleware patches.

Ensure minimal business impact during patching activities by coordinating maintenance windows and supporting platform availability. Collaborate with OEM vendors to resolve software defects, security bugs, and patch deployment challenges, escalating issues as needed.

Work closely with Vulnerability Management teams to address identified security findings across Windows and Linux servers, cloud platforms, databases, applications, and endpoint devices. Enforce patch management and security policies, ensuring systems meet organizational standards and compliance requirements.

Generate comprehensive security and operational reports, including dashboards on patch compliance, remediation SLA performance, and vulnerability closure rates. Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within patch deployment and compliance monitoring.

A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cyber Security, Computer Science, or a related field is required. Equivalent professional experience will also be considered.

Experience ranges from 3-5 years for Mid-Level Engineers and 5-8 years for Senior Engineers in Patch Management, Infrastructure Operations, Vulnerability Management, System Administration, or Security Operations.

Proficiency with patch management platforms such as Microsoft SCCM/MECM, Microsoft Intune, WSUS, Tanium, BigFix, Ivanti, ManageEngine Patch Manager, or Red Hat Satellite is essential. Familiarity with operating systems like Windows Server, Linux (RHEL, Ubuntu, CentOS), and Unix platforms is necessary.

Experience with vulnerability management tools including Tenable Nessus, Tenable Security Center, Qualys VMDR, Rapid7 InsightVM, or Microsoft Defender Vulnerability Management is required. Knowledge of cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure, AWS, GCP) and security/compliance frameworks like CVSS, CIS Benchmarks, PCI DSS, ISO 27001, and NIST Framework is crucial.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are expected, along with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. The ability to balance security requirements with operational stability is key.
