As a Security Center Operations Sr. Analyst, your key duties will involve monitoring security incidents and alerts, administering Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, and coordinating remediation efforts. You will lead incident response during critical events, meticulously document investigations, and manage stakeholder communication.

Your role also includes performing vulnerability triage and risk assessments using CVSS, assigning remediation tasks, and tracking their closure within SLAs. You will manage security tickets in ServiceNow, generate operational reports, and conduct follow-ups to reduce organizational risk. Supporting audit and compliance activities is also a crucial aspect of this position.

This role requires a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in Security Operations, Vulnerability Management, or related Cybersecurity fields, with a strong understanding of SOC operations and incident response lifecycles. Proficiency in Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, vulnerability management practices, network security controls, and server environments (Windows/Linux) is essential.

Familiarity with Active Directory, IAM, cloud platforms, and ServiceNow is necessary. Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting are also required. A Bachelor's degree in Cyber Security, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred, along with a strong grasp of cybersecurity fundamentals and threat vectors.
