As a Security Center Operations Sr. Analyst, you will be responsible for monitoring security incidents and alerts, administering Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, and coordinating remediation efforts. You will also lead incident management calls, document security investigations thoroughly, and perform vulnerability triage and risk assessment.

Key duties include tracking remediation activities to meet SLAs, managing tickets in ServiceNow, and generating reports on operational dashboards and risk metrics. You will also support audit and compliance activities by maintaining accurate security records and driving vulnerability closure with infrastructure teams.

This role requires proactive engagement in assessing and reducing organizational risk exposure, ensuring timely closure of vulnerabilities, and maintaining robust security documentation.

We require a minimum of 4 years of experience in Cyber Security Operations, Vulnerability Management, or related Information Security functions, with prior experience in a 24x7 Security Operations Center (SOC) environment being highly advantageous.

Essential technical skills include hands-on experience with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, understanding of SOC operations and incident response lifecycles, and knowledge of vulnerability management practices, including CVSS scoring and remediation workflows.

Proficiency in ServiceNow for incident and vulnerability management, strong Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis, and familiarity with vulnerability management tools are also necessary. A good understanding of Windows/Linux server environments, Active Directory, and basic cloud platform knowledge is expected.
