Join NTT DATA's innovative team as a Security Center Operations Specialist in Bangalore, India. This role focuses on managing and resolving L2 incidents related to Palo Alto Networks Next-Generation Firewalls (NGFW) and Panorama.

This position requires a strong understanding of network security principles and hands-on experience with various firewall features, VPN technologies, and security profiles. You will be instrumental in maintaining a secure and stable network environment.

Monitor and resolve L2 incidents for Palo Alto NGFW, ensuring adherence to SLA timelines. Manage and troubleshoot security policies, App-ID, User-ID, Content-ID, and threat prevention features. Handle policy creation, modification, and cleanup, along with troubleshooting routing, connectivity, and SSL/TLS decryption issues.

Investigate firewall logs using Panorama, manage address and service objects, and support HA configurations. Participate in firewall upgrades, backups, and validation. Escalate complex issues to L3 support or vendors. You will also perform root cause analysis, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and maintain knowledge base articles.

Possess strong knowledge of Palo Alto Networks NGFW and Panorama. A solid grasp of TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, SSL/TLS, and routing is essential. Experience with IPsec and GlobalProtect VPN technologies is required, alongside hands-on knowledge of ZIA and ZPA.

Understanding of SASE and Zero Trust architecture is beneficial. Proven ability to troubleshoot proxy, web filtering, and authentication issues is key. Familiarity with SIEM tools and log analysis, along with knowledge of ITIL processes for incident and change management, are necessary. Excellent communication and documentation skills are also required.
