- Design, implement, and manage firewall rules and policies on Checkpoint Firewall for secure and efficient network traffic. - Conduct regular audits of firewall rules to eliminate redundant or conflicting entries. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement firewall rules that support business and security objectives. - Monitor and analyze firewall logs for potential security threats and to optimize rule performance. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to firewall rules and configurations. - Provide recommendations for enhancing firewall rule management processes and overall security posture. - Document all firewall rule changes, configurations, and processes thoroughly.
