This role involves defining and documenting the cloud security framework and architecture. The focus is on ensuring alignment with business requirements and performance goals, as well as the implementation of cloud security controls and their transition to managed operations.

This position requires a ServiceNow GRC specialist with proven experience in platform customization, scripting, and integrations. You will be instrumental in translating complex business needs into robust technical solutions, demonstrating a strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and proficiency in REST/SOAP integrations.

Key responsibilities include the installation, configuration, and customization of the ServiceNow GRC Platform. You will work with workflows in critical areas like GRC and SecOps, and be proficient in developing, integrating, and maintaining applications. This involves leveraging ServiceNow scripting modules for enhanced functionality and integrating the platform with third-party tools and applications.

Further responsibilities encompass hands-on experience with Web Services (REST and SOAP) and Scripted Web Services. A good understanding of Page Design and Widget Configurations for Service Portals, along with expertise in Flow Designer Configurations and Integration Hub, is essential. You will also engage in Scoped Application development using Studio and gain experience with Version and Patch upgrades.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, information systems management, or a related field, coupled with 2-5 years of relevant experience in ServiceNow GRC implementation. ServiceNow certifications are highly valued.

Additional requirements include a solid knowledge of SDLC and scripting languages like VB/Java (a plus). Experience with other GRC tools such as RSA Archer, MetricStream, or Bwise is considered advantageous. Excellent English communication and customer management skills are mandatory. A minimum of 3 years of specific experience in ServiceNow Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) is required.
