Key responsibilities include the installation, configuration, and customization of the ServiceNow GRC Platform. You will leverage your expertise in workflows, application development, and integrations to translate complex business problems into technical solutions. This involves managing integrations with third-party tools via REST and SOAP, developing scoped applications, and configuring Service Portals, Flow Designer, and Knowledge Base articles.

A Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, information systems management, or a related field is required, coupled with 2-5 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow GRC implementations. Proven experience with Governance Risk & Compliance (GRC) tools is essential, and prior ServiceNow certifications are highly valued. Familiarity with SDLC and scripting languages like VB or Java is a plus, as are certifications in other GRC platforms.
