Lead the definition and implementation of cloud security frameworks and architecture. Ensure alignment with business requirements and performance objectives. Document cloud security control implementations and facilitate the transition to managed cloud security operations.

Install, configure, and customize the ServiceNow GRC Platform. Develop and integrate applications using ServiceNow technologies, including Business Rules, Script Includes, and UI Policies. Implement integrations with third-party tools and applications using REST and SOAP web services. Design Service Portal pages and widgets, and configure Flow Designer and Integration Hub. Develop scoped applications and manage version upgrades. Configure Knowledge Base articles and translate business challenges into technical solutions.

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Information Systems Management, or a related field. Possess 2-5 years of experience in ServiceNow GRC implementation. Experience with cloud security architecture and GRC tools such as RSA Archer, MetricStream, or Bwise is advantageous. Familiarity with SDLC and scripting languages like VB or Java is a plus. Excellent English communication and customer management skills are essential.
