Define and implement robust cloud security frameworks and architectures that align with business objectives and performance targets. Document the deployment of cloud security controls and ensure a seamless transition to managed cloud security operations. This role focuses on building secure, resilient businesses in a dynamic threat environment.

Gain expertise in ServiceNow GRC, specializing in platform customization, scripting, and integrations. Develop solutions for workflows, scoped applications, Service Portals, Flow Designer, and Knowledge Base, translating complex business needs into effective technical implementations.

Install, configure, and customize the ServiceNow GRC Platform. Work with ServiceNow workflows in key areas like GRC and SecOps. Develop, integrate, and maintain applications using ServiceNow Platform technology. Leverage ServiceNow scripting modules including Business Rules, Script Includes, Email Notifications, Workflows, UI Policies, Data Policies, Client Scripts, and more. Integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools and applications. Perform integrations using Web Services (REST and SOAP) and Scripted Web Services. Configure Service Portal pages and widgets. Utilize Flow Designer and Integration Hub for configurations. Develop scoped applications using Studio. Manage version and patch upgrades. Configure Knowledge Base and Knowledge Articles. Translate business problems into software and technical requirements.

Possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Information Systems Management, or a related field. Accumulate 2-5 years of relevant experience in ServiceNow GRC implementation. Hold ServiceNow certifications. Familiarity with SDLC and VB/Java scripting is advantageous. Experience with other GRC tools such as RSA Archer, MetricStream, or Bwise is a plus. Demonstrate excellent communication and customer management skills, with a strong command of English, both verbally and in writing. A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Governance Risk & Compliance (GRC) Tools is mandatory. The role requires 15 years of full-time education.
