This role involves the comprehensive documentation of implemented cloud security controls and the seamless transition to managed cloud security operations.

Install, configure, and customize the ServiceNow GRC Platform, demonstrating expertise in its core functionalities. Work with workflows within key ServiceNow areas like GRC and SecOps. Develop, integrate, and maintain applications utilizing ServiceNow Platform technology and tools. Leverage scripting modules including Business Rules, Script Includes, and UI Policies for advanced solutions. Integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications and platforms. Implement integrations using Web Services (REST and SOAP) and Scripted Web Services. Configure Service Portal pages and widgets, and utilize Flow Designer and Integration Hub for streamlined automation. Develop scoped applications using Studio and manage version/patch upgrades effectively. Configure Knowledge Base and Knowledge Articles, translating complex business challenges into technical requirements.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Information Systems Management, or a related field is required, alongside 2-5 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow GRC implementation. Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience specifically with Governance Risk & Compliance (GRC) Tools. ServiceNow certifications are highly valued. Familiarity with SDLC and scripting languages like VB/Java is advantageous. Experience with other GRC tools such as RSA Archer, MetricStream, or Bwise is considered a plus. Excellent English communication and customer management skills are essential for this role.
