Join our dynamic operations team as a Security Analyst, focusing on enhancing NTT Data's security infrastructure. This role is crucial for maintaining and improving our cybersecurity posture through expert analysis and proactive risk management. You will serve as a Subject Matter Expert for Zscaler Support, ensuring seamless operations for ZIA, ZPA, and ZDX.

As part of our Cyber Security Model and SIEM operations, you'll play a key role in vulnerability management and incident response. Your expertise will be vital in assessing and orchestrating our security landscape, recommending improvements, and reducing risks. This position offers a 24x7 operational environment, requiring shift work and on-call availability.

As a core member of the incident, work order, and change handling team, your accountabilities will be extensive.

Key responsibilities include: - Acting as a Subject Matter Expert for Zscaler Support in operations covering ZIA, ZPA, and ZDX. - Working within CSIRT and Cyber Security Model environments, utilizing SIEM tools effectively. - Managing and responding to vulnerabilities as part of the Vulnerability Management program. - Assessing and orchestrating the current and planned security posture for NTT Data's security infrastructure, providing recommendations for improvement and risk reduction. - Identifying and proposing process enhancements and new procedures to mitigate risks. - Supporting security incident response as a first-line responder to detected incidents. - Conducting security research, analysis, vulnerability assessments, and penetration tests. - Providing support for security audits and investigations. - Monitoring security systems for vulnerabilities and responding to potential threats. - Ensuring 24x7 operational support through shift work. - Participating in on-call system administration, including weekends and after-hours support.

We are seeking a Security Analyst with 4 to 5 years of experience in the Information Security domain.

Essential skills and experience include: - Strong proficiency with ServiceNow Ticketing tools, dashboards, and integrations. - Extensive experience with Zscaler ZIA, ZPA, and ZDX. - Proven expertise in managing a Vulnerability Management Program. - Hands-on experience with Qualys Vulnerability Management Tool. - Good-to-have experience with Crowdstrike EDR and SIEM tools. - Strong understanding of multiple network operating systems, including Cisco iOS, Juniper ScreenOS/Junos, Fortinet FortiOS, CheckPoint GAiA, or Palo Alto Networks PAN-OS. - Experience with tools like Tanium, Rapid 7, Nessus, Nitro ESM, Symantec SEP, Symantec Message labs, Thales encryption, Allgress, Forecpoint, Blue coat, Firepower, Cisco ISE, Carbon Black, Titus, and Encase. - Excellent oral, written, and presentation communication abilities. - Experience with M365 Copilot. - Some experience with Unix/Linux system administration. - Strong experience with logging and alerting platforms, including SIEM integration. - Current understanding of industry trends and emerging threats, along with working knowledge of incident response methodologies and technologies.
