Your core responsibilities will include administering the BeyondTrust Password Safe environment, onboarding privileged accounts and systems, and managing access structures. You will configure and maintain PAM policies, conduct daily health checks, and monitor platform performance. Key tasks also involve managing privileged account lifecycles, processing user requests, and handling incident, change, and problem management activities.

Furthermore, you will troubleshoot operational issues, respond to platform alerts, and coordinate with cross-functional teams and BeyondTrust support for issue resolution. Generating reports, supporting audits, ensuring compliance with security standards, and maintaining documentation are also vital aspects of this role. You will also contribute to project-based activities for platform enhancements and new onboarding initiatives.

To excel in this role, you should possess hands-on experience with BeyondTrust Password Safe administration and a strong understanding of PAM concepts and best practices. Experience in privileged account lifecycle management, Active Directory integration, and password management processes is essential. Familiarity with incident, change, request, and problem management, as well as SIEM integration, is required.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cyber Security, or a related field is necessary. While experience with BeyondTrust PAM is highly preferred, knowledge of Windows and Linux server administration is also expected. Industry certifications such as Security+, CISSP, or BeyondTrust certifications are advantageous for this position.
