Key responsibilities include conducting comprehensive security control reviews across business processes, applications, infrastructure, and cloud environments. You will evaluate administrative, technical, and physical controls against organizational policies and industry best practices, performing periodic control testing and validating corrective actions. Additionally, you will conduct regulatory and standards gap assessments, ensuring compliance with frameworks like ISO/IEC 27001 and NIST CSF, and providing practical remediation plans.

The role also involves developing and coordinating information security awareness programs, creating training content, and executing phishing simulation campaigns. You will support governance and compliance initiatives by assisting in policy development and providing documentation for internal and external audits. Finally, you will develop dashboards and reports on control effectiveness, monitor KPIs and KRIs, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement and automation within GRC platforms.

A Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is required. Candidates should possess 4–8 years of experience in Information Security, GRC, IT Audit, Compliance, or Security Assurance. Proven experience in conducting security control reviews and compliance assessments is essential, alongside a strong understanding of information security governance, control frameworks, and risk management practices. Excellent analytical, documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills are crucial for success in this role.
