NTT DATA seeks a skilled Security Analysis Specialist Advisor, focusing on Active Directory and PKI (Certificate Management). Manage and maintain On-Premises Active Directory services, including users, groups, OUs, and Domain Controllers. Administer Group Policy Objects (GPOs) and troubleshoot related issues. Oversee AD replication, DNS integration, and authentication.

Administer Microsoft Active Directory Certificate Services (AD CS) and the enterprise Public Key Infrastructure (PKI). Ensure high availability of PKI components and manage certificate renewals.

Oversee the end-to-end certificate lifecycle: issuance, renewal, revocation, replacement, and expiry. Process certificate requests, troubleshoot enrollment issues, and ensure timely renewals.

Create, modify, and manage Certificate Authority (CA) templates and enrollment policies, ensuring compliance with security standards.

Remediate vulnerabilities on Domain Controllers, Azure AD Connect Servers, DNS Servers, and Certificate Servers. Perform security hardening and support audits.

Manage Incident, Change, Service, and Problem Management activities, including root cause analysis and coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Monitor Active Directory and PKI infrastructure health, respond to alerts, and provide support for authentication and certificate-related issues.

Generate operational reports, track service metrics, and participate in continuous service improvement initiatives.

Create and maintain SOPs, runbooks, and technical documentation for AD and PKI configurations.

Requires strong, hands-on experience with Microsoft Active Directory (On-Premises), Domain Controllers, Group Policy (GPO), DNS, LDAP, Kerberos Authentication, AD Replication, Organizational Units (OU), and Azure AD/Microsoft Entra ID Connect. Experience managing large-scale enterprise AD environments is essential.

Possess strong expertise in Microsoft Active Directory Certificate Services (AD CS) and Enterprise PKI Administration. Experience managing CA infrastructure, SSL/TLS certificates, and certificate lifecycle management, including template creation and enrollment processes.

Familiarity with IT Service Management practices, including Incident, Service Request, Change, and Problem Management, along with ITIL processes and SLA-based environments.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cyber Security, or a related field, along with proven experience in Active Directory Administration and PKI/Certificate Management. Microsoft Certified: Windows Server / Identity & Access Administrator certifications are preferred.
