This role focuses on providing expert Level 4/3 managed services support for the enterprise OKTA Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) platform. You will be instrumental in managing user lifecycles, resolving provisioning complexities, addressing incidents and service requests, facilitating access certifications, and ensuring the robust security and compliance of our IGA environment.

Manage and support the complete user lifecycle, including Joiner, Mover, and Leaver (JML) processes through OKTA Identity Governance. Troubleshoot and resolve user provisioning and deprovisioning issues across various applications and systems, ensuring timely onboarding, role changes, and offboarding in line with organizational policies.

Provide L4/L3 operational support for the OKTA IGA platform, handling incidents, service requests, and change requests. Conduct thorough analysis and troubleshooting for identity-related issues, performing root cause analysis (RCA) for major incidents and implementing corrective actions.

Enable and support access certification campaigns, and assist audit activities by providing necessary reports and evidence. Ensure adherence to internal security policies and regulatory requirements, contributing to the remediation of audit findings related to identity governance and access management.

Maintain existing applications, policies, workflows, and integrations within the OKTA ecosystem, performing regular health checks and proactive monitoring. Generate operational and compliance reports, recommending platform improvements based on industry best practices and supporting system upgrades.

We are seeking an experienced OKTA Identity Governance (IGA) and OKTA Workforce Identity Cloud professional with a strong background in User Lifecycle Management (JML processes). Familiarity with provisioning/deprovisioning workflows, access certification, and access review campaigns is essential.

Possess a solid understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts, including RBAC, SSO, MFA, User Provisioning, and Access Governance. Experience with directory services like Active Directory (AD), Azure AD/Entra ID, and LDAP is required, along with proficiency in REST APIs, SCIM connectors, and application integrations.

Demonstrated experience in incident, problem, and change management processes is crucial. You should exhibit strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, excellent documentation and communication abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting, complemented by strong stakeholder and vendor management skills.

A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field is preferred. OKTA Certified Professional/Administrator certification and knowledge of ITIL processes are advantageous.
