Join NTT DATA as a Security Analysis Senior Specialist, focusing on Privileged Access Management (PAM) using BeyondTrust Password Safe. This role is crucial for managing and administering our PAM operations, ensuring secure access to critical systems.

Administer and maintain the BeyondTrust Password Safe platform, including onboarding privileged accounts and managing access structures. Configure and enforce PAM policies, user access controls, and conduct daily health checks.

Manage the full lifecycle of privileged accounts, from provisioning to deprovisioning, and process user requests in line with approved procedures. Handle incident, service request, change, and problem management activities, troubleshooting BeyondTrust infrastructure and component failures.

Coordinate with internal teams (Active Directory, Infrastructure, Security Operations) and external vendors like BeyondTrust for issue resolution and support. Generate reports, support audits, and ensure adherence to security policies and governance requirements. Maintain operational runbooks and SOPs, and participate in process improvement initiatives.

Requires hands-on experience with BeyondTrust Password Safe (PSV) administration and a strong understanding of Privileged Access Management (PAM) concepts and best practices. Proficiency in privileged account lifecycle management, Active Directory integration, and user access management is essential.

Must have experience with incident, change, request, and problem management processes, along with familiarity with SIEM and security monitoring integrations. A solid grasp of Windows and Linux server administration is also necessary.

Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cyber Security, or a related field is required. Experience with PAM administration and support is expected, with BeyondTrust PAM/Password Safe experience being highly preferred. Industry certifications are a plus.
