Serve as the primary domain authority, overseeing engineering, operational, and digital aspects of assigned pillars within the Power & Utilities value chain. You will be instrumental in defining domain strategies, developing transformation roadmaps, and establishing best practices. Leading large-scale, complex utility programs that span engineering, operations, and technology workstreams will be a key focus. Responsibilities include governing solution design, system architecture, integration, and implementation, while ensuring strict adherence to grid codes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. You will also play a crucial role in building and scaling domain-centric teams, mentoring engineering leaders, architects, and managers, and acting as a trusted advisor to clients.

A minimum of 15 years of dedicated experience in the Power & Utilities sector is essential for this role. You must possess deep, hands-on domain expertise in areas such as distribution network engineering and operations, substation design, planning, load forecasting, protection schemes, loss reduction, and outage management. Proven experience in leading teams and successfully delivering complex utility programs is required, along with prior exposure to working with US and European utility clients. Experience within a global multinational corporation (MNC), large system integrator, or consulting firm is highly valued. A mandatory B.Tech or B.E. in Electrical or Electrical & Electronics Engineering is required, and an MBA in Power, Energy, Operations, or Strategy is preferred.
