This position focuses on providing end-to-end leadership across the Power & Utilities value chain. You will be instrumental in driving business and technical excellence for US and European utility clients within a multinational consulting framework.

Serve as the ultimate domain authority, overseeing engineering, operational, and digital aspects.

Develop domain strategies and transformation roadmaps, establishing best practices. Lead large-scale utility programs encompassing engineering, operations, and technology workstreams.

Govern solution design, system architecture, integration, and implementation processes. Ensure adherence to grid codes, safety standards, regulatory mandates, and utility operating procedures.

Build and scale domain-specific teams, actively mentoring engineering leads, architects, and managers. Act as a trusted advisor to US and European utility clients, fostering strong relationships.

A minimum of 15 years of experience in the Power & Utilities sector is essential.

Demonstrate extensive hands-on domain expertise relevant to the role's focus. Proven success in leading teams and managing complex utility programs is required.

Previous experience collaborating with US and European utility clients is a must. Prior experience within a global MNC or a large system integrator/consulting firm is highly valued.

A B.Tech or B.E. in Electrical or Electrical & Electronics Engineering is mandatory. An MBA in Power, Energy, Operations, or Strategy is preferred.
