Provide comprehensive end-to-end executive support, meticulously managing calendars, meetings, and daily priorities. Coordinate seamless domestic and international travel, including bookings, visa support, and itinerary preparation. Prepare travel plans, expense reports, and manage reimbursements. Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, facilitating clear communication. Organize team meetings, client engagements, reviews, and corporate events. Manage essential administrative tasks such as invoicing, code setups, opportunity creation, and processing credit notes, collaborating closely with internal teams.

We seek individuals with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree.
