Within the CBS - AWS - CBS Exec Assistants unit, you will contribute to our Markets team's focus on driving revenue growth by providing essential support to account teams. We adopt an 'account-centric' approach, deeply understanding client businesses and offering tools and enablers to align our services with their most pressing needs.

Execute executive assistant functions with proficiency, including meticulous calendar management, seamless meeting coordination, and comprehensive itinerary planning.

Effectively manage correspondence, prepare essential documents, and maintain accurate records for senior stakeholders.

Coordinate cross-functional tasks and streamline administrative workflows within a corporate support setting.

Harness strong organizational skills to handle confidential information with the utmost precision, ensuring timely follow-up on executive priorities.

Apply general consulting support skills to assist with documentation, reporting, and day-to-day executive operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.

A successful candidate will possess 2-3 years of relevant experience in an executive assistant capacity.
