As a Network Engineer specializing in SD-WAN, Routing, Switching, and Wireless, you will be instrumental in managing, supporting, and optimizing our enterprise network infrastructure across LAN, WAN, WLAN, and SD-WAN environments. Your expertise will ensure robust network availability, performance, and security for both enterprise and branch locations.

Provide advanced Tier 2/3 support for SD-WAN, Routing & Switching, and Wireless infrastructure, ensuring swift resolution of network incidents and service requests. Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Cisco Meraki SD-WAN solutions across diverse enterprise and branch sites. Address critical WAN and network connectivity issues, including latency, packet loss, routing failures, and performance degradation.
Support the implementation and onboarding of new network devices, branch locations, and SD-WAN appliances. Administer and troubleshoot core switching technologies like VLANs, STP, LACP, and HSRP. Configure and manage enterprise routing environments with a strong command of OSPF and BGP protocols. Oversee and support enterprise wireless networks, troubleshooting connectivity, coverage, and performance issues impacting users.
A seasoned professional with over 6 years of enterprise networking experience, encompassing LAN/WAN, Routing & Switching, and Wireless technologies. Demonstrate strong hands-on expertise in SD-WAN administration, configuration, implementation, and troubleshooting, preferably with Cisco Meraki. Possess deep knowledge of enterprise Wireless/WLAN solutions and wireless concepts including 802.11 standards, RF principles, and performance optimization.
Proven ability to troubleshoot user-level wireless issues and support network device lifecycle management, including configuration changes and firmware upgrades. Experience with network monitoring tools, incident, problem, and change management processes is essential. Collaborate effectively with ISPs, vendors, and internal teams to resolve complex issues. Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills are required.
