You will collaborate closely with business and technical teams to define requirements, architect innovative solutions, and establish technical strategies and software roadmaps for feature delivery. We are seeking a highly skilled Software Development Manager to lead our software team in Bangalore, India. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 3 years of engineering team management experience and at least 7 years of overall engineering experience.
A strong foundation in leading the definition and development of multi-tier web services for 8+ years is essential. Candidates must demonstrate a deep understanding of engineering practices and patterns across the full software, hardware, and network development lifecycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, certification, and livesite operations. Experience partnering effectively with product or program management teams is also a key requirement.
