A minimum of 3 years of experience in engineering team management is essential.

Possess a minimum of 7 years of overall engineering experience, complemented by 8+ years of leadership in defining and developing multi-tier web services.

Demonstrate a strong understanding of engineering practices and patterns across the full software/hardware/networks development lifecycle. This includes proficiency in coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, certification, and livesite operations.

Proven experience partnering effectively with product or program management teams.
