As a Senior SDET Engineer, you will be instrumental in designing and building scalable, robust, and maintainable automation frameworks to support UI, API, and integration testing across diverse applications. You will define and implement effective automation strategies aligned with business objectives, maximizing test coverage and efficiency.

Key responsibilities include integrating automation frameworks with CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing and rapid feedback. You will analyze system architectures to ensure applications are designed for optimal testability, scalability, and maintainability. This role also involves meticulous review of automation code and frameworks, ensuring adherence to best practices and performance standards.

You will play a crucial role in mentoring and guiding team members on automation tools, frameworks, and engineering best practices, thereby enhancing overall team capabilities. Collaboration with product owners, architects, and stakeholders is essential to align quality engineering practices with overarching business goals. Furthermore, you will champion quality initiatives, drive testing excellence, and apply strong analytical skills to resolve complex testing challenges.

We are seeking experienced professionals with 5-8 years of hands-on experience in Software Development Engineering in Test (SDET).

Essential technical skills include proficiency in API Automation using REST Assured, extensive experience in Automation Framework Creation & Development, and a solid understanding of Basic Build + Deployment & CI/CD Knowledge. You must be adept at Test Case Creation and Execution, and well-versed in Test Design Practices like TDD.

Strong command over Test Reporting & Risk Management is required, alongside expertise in Core Java, JIRA, Selenium, and MS SQL. Candidates should demonstrate ownership in driving quality initiatives, collaborate effectively with teams, and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proactive communication, a commitment to mentoring team members, and ensuring end-to-end quality delivery are also key attributes we are looking for.
