As a Senior SDET Engineer, you will be instrumental in designing and developing robust, scalable automation frameworks for UI, API, and integration testing. You will define and implement strategic automation approaches to maximize test coverage and efficiency, seamlessly integrating them into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing and rapid feedback.

Your role will involve analyzing system architectures to ensure optimal testability, scalability, and maintainability. You will conduct thorough reviews of automation code and frameworks, upholding best practices and performance standards. Furthermore, you will mentor team members, elevate their automation expertise, and foster a culture of knowledge sharing. Collaborative efforts with product owners, architects, and stakeholders will ensure alignment of quality engineering practices with overarching business objectives.

We are seeking a Senior SDET with 7-8 years of experience, proficient in Selenium, API Automation (REST Assured), and the creation and development of automation frameworks. A solid understanding of basic build, deployment, and CI/CD processes is essential.

Candidates must possess expertise in test case creation and execution, coupled with a strong grasp of test design practices, particularly TDD. Core Java proficiency and experience with MS SQL are mandatory requirements. You should demonstrate ownership in driving quality initiatives, possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and communicate proactively to ensure stakeholder alignment. Mentoring capabilities and a commitment to end-to-end quality delivery are highly valued.
