Architect and develop scalable, maintainable, and reusable Python-based automation frameworks for UI, API, microservices, and integration testing. Define comprehensive automation strategies, selecting appropriate tools and establishing best practices to maximize coverage and efficiency. Integrate automation frameworks seamlessly with CI/CD pipelines to enable shift-left testing and continuous delivery. Analyze system architecture, collaborating with engineering teams to ensure applications are built with testability, scalability, and performance in mind. Conduct thorough code reviews of automation scripts and frameworks to ensure adherence to standards, optimize performance, and enhance maintainability. Mentor and guide team members on Python automation frameworks, design patterns, and advanced testing techniques. Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and product teams to align quality engineering initiatives with business and technical objectives.

Possess 7-8 years of professional experience in software quality engineering and automation. Proficiency in Python for automation framework creation and development is essential. Expertise in API Automation using REST Assured is mandatory. Strong understanding of automation framework design, development, and implementation. Familiarity with basic build, deployment, and CI/CD concepts is required. Experience with Selenium for UI automation is necessary. Solid knowledge of Test Case Creation and Execution, Test Design Practices (TDD), Test Reporting, and Risk Management. Proficiency in MS SQL is a must. Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Exhibit ownership in driving quality initiatives and effective collaboration.
