As a QA Manager, you will define and execute the overall QA strategy across multiple programs and products, ensuring high quality and predictable releases. You will champion an automation-first approach, building robust test automation frameworks for UI, API, integration, mobile, and regression testing. This role involves owning end-to-end quality engineering practices, from strategy and planning to risk and defect management, and ensuring release readiness.

Key responsibilities include establishing and monitoring critical QA metrics and KPIs, tracking automation coverage and defect leakage, and driving continuous quality improvements. You will also lead and mentor multiple QA teams, fostering collaboration with Engineering, Business, and Program Management stakeholders. Strong stakeholder management skills, particularly with senior technical executives, are essential.

We are looking for a candidate with 13 to 16 years of experience in Quality Assurance. Prior experience in the Capital Markets domain is highly desirable, with regulatory experience being a significant advantage. Proven ability to lead and manage QA teams is crucial. Strong stakeholder management capabilities, including effective communication with Tech Executives, Engineering Managers, and RTEs, are mandatory for success in this role.
