As a QA Manager, you will lead the overall QA strategy and execution across various programs and products. Your role involves ensuring consistent quality standards, effective governance, and predictable release cycles.

A key focus will be driving an Automation-First approach. This includes building and maintaining scalable test automation frameworks for UI, API, integration, mobile, and regression testing.

You will own end-to-end quality engineering practices, encompassing test strategy formulation, meticulous planning, proactive risk management, robust defect governance, and ensuring overall release readiness.

Establishing and tracking key QA metrics and KPIs, such as automation coverage, defect leakage rates, and test effectiveness, will be crucial for driving continuous quality improvements.

This leadership position requires managing and mentoring multiple QA teams and Squads, fostering close collaboration with Engineering, Business, and Program Management stakeholders.

We are seeking a seasoned QA Manager with 13 to 16 years of experience, ideally with a strong background in the Capital Market Domain; regulatory experience is a significant advantage.

Exceptional stakeholder management skills are essential, particularly with senior executives, Tech Leads, Engineering Managers, and RTEs.

Proven ability to define and implement QA strategies, drive automation initiatives, and manage end-to-end quality engineering processes is mandatory.

Experience in leading and mentoring QA teams, coupled with a deep understanding of QA metrics and continuous improvement methodologies, is required.
