As a Lead SDET, you will define the enterprise-wide test automation and quality engineering strategy, driving adoption of automation-first and shift-left approaches. You will establish standards and best practices for SDET teams, lead cross-functional teams in delivering high-quality automation solutions, and define/track KPIs for quality metrics. This role also involves driving innovation in test automation, including AI/ML-based testing and self-healing frameworks, while providing strategic leadership and mentorship to engineering teams to foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement.

This role requires 8-10 years of experience and proficiency in mandatory skills including API Automation with REST Assured, Automation Framework Creation & Development, basic Build + Deployment & CI/CD knowledge, Test Case Creation and Execution, Test Design Practices (TDD), Test Reporting & Risk Management, Core Java, JIRA, Selenium, and MS SQL. Behavioral competencies include demonstrating leadership, accountability, effective collaboration, strategic thinking, and strong communication skills. You will also be expected to encourage innovation and build high-performing SDET teams.
