This lead role involves defining and driving enterprise-wide test automation and quality engineering strategies. You will champion automation-first and shift-left testing, establish standards and frameworks for SDET teams, and lead cross-functional teams in developing scalable automation solutions. Key responsibilities include defining and improving quality metrics, driving innovation in test automation (AI/ML, self-healing frameworks), and providing strategic leadership and mentorship.

We seek an experienced professional with 8-9 years of experience in SDET leadership. Essential skills include API Automation (REST Assured), Automation Framework Creation & Development, basic Build + Deployment & CI/CD knowledge, Test Case Creation and Execution, Test Design Practices (TDD), Test Reporting & Risk Management, Core Java, JIRA, Selenium, and MS SQL.
